Philipsburg Elks Lodge 1157 and Country Club recently announced that two of its competitors in the recently completed Elks Mid-Atlantic Regional Soccer Shoot. David Fish, right, won first place in the Boys U8 category and will advance to the national competition; Kensley Clark earned second place in the Girls U8 category.
