BELLEFONTE—This summer, families are invited to attend Emerald Crossing Vacation Bible School, July 13-16 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for children ages 3 through 5th grade at Freedom Life, 113 Sunset Acres, Bellefonte.
Inspired by the beauty of Ireland and the timeless promises found in Psalm 23, Emerald Crossing VBS will take children on an exciting adventure as they learn how to move from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word.
Throughout the week, children will experience engaging Bible lessons, energetic worship, fun games, creative activities, memorable Scripture verses, and opportunities to build lasting friendships.
“Watching all of our preparation come alive for the kids as they learn new worship songs, Bible stories, and memory verses makes my heart sing,” said Gina Turk, FL Kids Director. “We pray and prepare, and God always comes and shows off. What a blessing it is to invest in the next generation for the week and provide them with God’s truths!”
In addition to the week’s activities, children will have the opportunity to participate in a special missions offering. Donations collected throughout VBS will benefit Legacy of Hope in Honduras, a ministry providing loving care for children in crisis care, transitional care, and foster care settings. Over the past 14 years, VBS participants from Freedom Life have collectively raised nearly $20,000 to support this important work.
Parents are encouraged to pre-register their children, as registration helps organizers prepare for an outstanding experience for every child.
Emerald Crossing VBS promises four evenings filled with adventure, faith, friendship, and life-changing truths from God’s Word.
