Judy Sharer, a former Centre County resident, Penns Valley graduate, Penn State University graduate, and Pennsylvania author, has announced the release of book one, Secrets in Room Four, the first of two novels in the series Love Lessons.
Her Love Lessons series is for historical romance readers who want romance stories with true emotional weight. Fans of Civil War-era fiction, will appreciate accurate, grounded storytelling. The storyline will appeal to those who are drawn to the drama of marriage, separation, and the challenge of finding true love.
Sharer fully embraced her love for writing after her retirement from career and technical education. She now calls writing her second career. Living in the northwestern mountains of Pennsylvania, she and her husband love the outdoors and the changing seasons that gives them a deep appreciation for nature as seen throughout her writing. She can also be found indoors quilting, baking, and enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning.
