MILESBURG — Families are invited to make Easter unforgettable at Freedom Life Church’s Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 29 at Bald Eagle Area High School, 751 S. Eagle Valley Road, Bellefonte.
This free community event promises an exciting evening filled with family fun, culminating in a one-of-a-kind nighttime egg hunt experience!
Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with a wide variety of free family activities, including inflatables, face painting, tattoo artists, games, concessions, a photo booth, and a petting zoo — creating an engaging and festive atmosphere for families to enjoy together.
At 8 p.m., the main event begins as the stadium lights go out and the football field transforms into a glowing spectacle for a larger-than-life glow-in-the-dark egg and candy scramble, complete with opportunities for children to win big prizes.

“We love to bless our community and give space for families to make lifetime memories,” said Alexander Leboeuf, Freedom Life Kids Director.
The event is designed for children in 5th grade and younger, and admission is free.
Organizers emphasize that the Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt is more than just a seasonal activity. “This isn’t just an egg hunt — it’s an experience. It’s the night everyone will be talking about,” event leaders shared.
In the event of inclement weather, the rain date is scheduled for Saturday, April 4.
