Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094 Exalted Ruler Lorna Spearly recently announced the selection of Greg Garner as Elk of the Year for Lodge Year 2025-26. This award recognizes Garner’s dedication to Elks programming, generosity with his time, and willingness to share his talents in support of the lodge and club. Always willing to lend a hand, Garner transports the Elks Drug Awareness Trailer to various functions, as well as assisting with numerous lodge and club events.
