If you are having a Christmas party or just looking for a delicious gift to take to a family gathering, look no further than Grazey Boards.
At Grazey Boards, owners Emilee Brown and Randy Swatsworth craft homemade charcuterie boards of all sizes.
Brown, a social worker by day, said she came up with the concept for Grazey Boards because she prefers healthy snacks.
“I’ve always been more of a grazer and enjoy indulging in good snacks,” Brown said. “I started making these boards for fun because they combine two of my favorite things — snacks and art. As a social worker, it’s become a hobby for me to practice mindfulness and spend time doing something I love.”
The traditional charcuterie board has a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers and the like.
According to Brown, there are a variety of Grazey Boards for every taste.
“I offer sweet boards, meat and cheese boards and a combination of both. I’m pretty flexible and always open to hearing what the customer is looking for. I like to get creative and I’m willing to try new foods and designs,” Brown said.
A sweets tray — 17 inches x 12 inches on a disposable board — is $65. A meat and cheese tray of the same size is $80.
There are also other options, Brown explained.
“Additionally, I make s’mores boards, hot chocolate boards, fruit and veggie boards, fiesta boards, brunch boards and French fry boards,” Brown said.
Brown said she is working on making single-serving charcuterie boxes. Prices will vary on those.
“I’m open to having customers buy the supplies for me to make the charcuterie if that’s something they prefer,” Brown said. “I charge them $25 to make the board if the supplies are provided.”
With many things on your to-do list, Brown hopes that customers will come to her to alleviate some stress.
“I love taking stress off of others for holidays and events. These boards can be made so many different ways with a variety of different foods,” Brown said. “There is always something for everyone on the boards!”
