It‘s the heart of construction season in Centre County and crews are out in full force. Drivers have had to dig deep to find patience as they navigate through travel delays along South Atherton Street, I-99 and Route 322 in Potters Mills, along with other projects around the area. Pictured, an HRI crew has been busy with repairs to the curbs, sidewalks and sanitary sewer system on East Fairmont Avenue, between South Pugh Street and C Alley in State College.
