STATE COLLEGE — Juniper Village at Brookline Rehabilitation and Skilled Care has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report as high-performing in their 2026 Best Nursing Homes guide, placing it among the top 19% of skilled nursing communities nationwide.

The high-performing rating is the highest distinction awarded by U.S. News & World Report and reflects excellence in care based on the publication’s in-depth analysis of publicly available data from nearly 15,000 skilled nursing communities across the country.

“At Juniper, our focus is always on helping people heal, regain independence, and feel supported every step of the way,” said Anne Campbell, Vice President of Operations for Juniper Communities. “Earning a High-Performing rating from U.S. News & World Report is a powerful testament to the compassion, skill, and heart our team brings. I couldn’t be prouder of the associates who make Brookline such a special place for recovery and care.”

Best Nursing Homes ratings are designed to help families identify high-quality care options and are based on measures that extend beyond CMS star ratings. Unlike star ratings, the U.S. News methodology distinguishes between the unique needs of patients receiving short-term rehabilitation and those requiring longer-term skilled nursing care.

Juniper Village at Brookline Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is part of Juniper Communities, a leader in innovative senior living and care, focused on supporting residents’ health, independence, and quality of life.
