Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094’s Little Elks Program has ramped up its activities over the past several months. The Little Elks recently made “sun catchers” and in the ensuing weeks delivered the sun catchers to residents at Centre Care, a senior citizens residence near Bellefonte, PA.
