Police said they are investigating a theft by deception case after a 74-year-old Marion Township woman was the victim of a computer scam April 21.

Police responded to a call about animal cruelty involving ill cows reported at 625 Marsh Creek Road, Liberty Township on April 30.

Police said they arrested Barbara Kennard, 63, of Pincrest, Fla., at a North Eagle Valley Road, Boggs Township, location, May 8 for an Act 64 drug offence.

Police report they are investigating a case where a juvenile disseminated a nude photo of another individual under the age of 18 in May.

After stopping a driver for a traffic stop May 19 on Interstate 80 at mile marker 156 in Boggs Township, police said they found a man in possession of illegal drugs. The suspect was taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing.

Police arrested Mark Brickley, 32, for alleged possession of bath salts and drug paraphernalia May 21.

Police said they received a report that gasoline was stolen from a tractor-trailer at the Sunoco Gas Station in Show Shoe from May 22 to 23. Anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Hodges at the Rockview Station.

Police said they found a 35-year-old Tyrone man to be allegedly in possession of drugs and paraphernalia after they stopped him for a traffic violation on State Road 144 in Spring Township on May 22.

An unknown person intentionally flooded a sink at Benner Pike Village in Bellefonte on May 24. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (814) 355-7545.

Police responded after Gary Rupert, of Howard, lost control of his vehicle while driving on Sand Ridge Road in Marion Township on May 24. Rupert’s vehicle crossed into the opposite lane of traffic, struck an embankment, rolled over and crashed into a fence causing damage. He suffered minor injuries and the car had to be towed from the scene.

Police said they arrested Benjamin Morgan, 26, and Latisha Colyer, 23, for the alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Interstate 99 in Patton Township on May 25.

Police said they charged Beverly King, 34, of Milesburg, with harassment after she allegedly struck a Bellefonte man in the face in Boggs Township on May 26.

Police said they arrested Robert Hallman, 26, for the alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on state Route 45 in Penn Township on May 29.

Police said they cited Jason Houser, 46, of Haines Township, with disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise, after an alleged incident with a 65-year-old woman at 209 Tunnel Road, Coburn, on May 29.

Police said they charged Lindsey Long, of Bellefonte, after she failed to keep her dog confined within her premises May 30. Police said she has been convicted of violations of the dog law twice before.

Police said they are investigating a case of identity theft that allegedly occurred on Landon Drive in Walker Township on May 31. That victim is a 37-year-old man.

Police took a 35-year-old Fleming man into custody for alleged DUI following a crash on Moose Run Road in Boggs Township on June 3. Charging are pending following a legal blood draw.
