After a traffic stop at Snappy’s in Milesburg on June 16, police said they found a Glen Lyon man to be under the influence of alcohol.

Police said a Bellefonte woman was found to be under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her vehicle on Yarnell Road in Boggs Township on June 17.

Suspected drugs were found at SCI Benner on July 11, according to police. The investigation is ongoing.

Police were contacted by emergency room staff when a woman came to the hospital after she was pushed out of bed by Michael Miller, of Centre Hall, while they were arguing July 16. The victim hurt her shoulder during the fall and Miller drove her to the ER. ER staff then reported the incident.

Police responded to Interstate 99 in Spring Township after three cars crashed into each other July 15. It started when Davis McDermott, of Springfield, was following Cassandra Hauser, of Snow Shoe, and hit the rear of her car. McDermott’s vehicle was then hit in the rear by a vehicle driven by Nathan Amidon, of Coudersport. No injuries were reported, but all drivers were charged with driving too closely.

Police said they arrested Michael Bloom, 24, for simple assault July 20 after an alleged domestic incident with a 24-year-old woman at a residence on West Honeysuckle Lane in Snow Shoe.

Police are investigating after a 2018 Ford F-150 was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Interstate 80 near mile marker 162 in Marion Township on July 21. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 27, police observed Ryan Luzier, 29, of Clearfield, yelling and jumping on the hood of his vehicle, which was stopped on the 200 block of Seventh Street in Philipsburg Borough. Police determined he was under the influence of a combination of drugs. Police report that a vehicle search found him to be in possession of drugs and multiple pieces of paraphernalia. Luzier was charged with DUI, possession of drugs/paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

On July 27, police said they were dispatched to a complaint of a truck driver who was threatening another person with a club on Interstate 80 in Snow Shoe. No further information was reported.

A Milesburg woman reported her cell phone as stolen after she misplaced it and it was taken July 27. Anyone with information regarding this incident, or who may have located a cell phone in the Milesburg area, is encouraged to call PSPS Rockview at (814) 355-7545.

Police said they investigated after a man took four prepaid cards from his wife’s purse. The incident happened in the 300 block of East Spruce Street in Philipsburg on July 29. Police said the cards were returned.

Police were called to 516 N. Seventh St., Philipsburg, on July 28 for a report of a male causing a disturbance. When they arrived, police found Brian Lyncha, 36, of Philipsburg, highly intoxicated and shouting loudly outside of his residence. Police report Lyncha was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness, misdemeanor disorderly contact and possession of drug paraphernalia. The investigation is ongoing.

Police said they investigated a report of a metal object being thrown through a window at 412 S. Centre St., Philipsburg, on July 28. Upon investigation, authorities determined a neighbor was outside cutting grass and struck a metal water pipe, which launched through the neighbor’s window, causing damage to two glass panes.
