Police reported an incident of harassment occurred when a female received multiple calls from a known Bellefonte man on July 23 and 24 in Spring Township.

Police are investigating a report of the theft of a Sentry safe in Milesburg Borough sometime between Aug. 5 and 11. The investigation is ongoing.

After investigating an alleged sexual assault that was said to have occurred Aug. 10, police have determined the incident to be unfounded.

An incident of retail theft occurred at the Weis Store in Philipsburg on Aug. 16. Police said a 50-year-old Clearfield man used the self-checkout and did not pay for approximately $35 worth of items. Charges are pending.

Police said they arrested Shawn Davis, 24, for terroristic threats and harassment toward a 29-year-old woman on Silverdale Road in Huston Township on Aug. 18. Police said they also charged Davis with terroristic threats toward a trooper.

Police have charged Russell Oshea, of Philipsburg, with DUI after they observed him committing multiple traffic violation on Clover Street in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County, on Aug. 27.

PSP Rockview reported that it located 12 pieces of miscellaneous jewelry and pins in a small box wrapped in duct tape near Elk Creek in Millheim Borough on Aug. 29. Questions and information about the jewelry can be directed to the station at (814) 355-7545.
