ROCKVIEW STATE POLICE

Police responded to a report that lawn chairs were taken from a Rush Township residence between July 1 and Sept. 30. A male suspect is currently awaiting the filing of charges.

Police said that a 31-year-old male inmate at SCI Rockview was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana Aug. 20.

Police report they found a 49-year-old man to be in possession of drugs in Millheim on Sept. 22.

Police said that $2,710 was taken from the cash register at Best Line Power Sports on General Potter Highway in Potter Township between Sept. 29 and Oct. 10. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is encouraged to call police at (814) 355-7545.

Police report that two juveniles were engaged in tumultuous behavior in the area of 1753 State St. in Rush Township on Oct. 9 at 10:30 p.m. They were both cited for disorderly conduct.

Police said they responded to a harassment incident at 206 D St., Rush Township, where Judy Reams, of Osceola Mills, and Anna Marie Hoyt, of Brockport, got into an argument that turned physical Oct. 11.

Police report that a residence at 124 N. Centre St., Philipsburg, was broken into and two 32-inch flat screen TVs and a gold ring were taken. Police found a blue-green baseball cap with the word “High” on it at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

Police report that several items were stolen from Windy Hill Village in Rush Township between Oct. 13 and 14. The investigation is ongoing.

Police report that a 39-year-old Philipsburg woman got into a physical altercation with a 16-year-old Philipsburg girl over boots at 120 Centre St., Philipsburg, on Oct. 14.

Police said they are investigating the natural death of an 85-year-old Bellefonte man at SCI Benner on Oct. 14.
