Police arrested a 29-year-old Osceola Mills man after he was found to be in possession of several controlled substances during a traffic stop at North Water and West Lamb streets in Bellefonte on Nov. 16.

Police investigated an incident at The Meadows behavioral health center in Potter Township on Dec. 1 in which a patient allegedly assaulted another patient at the facility with a weapon.

Officers responded to an incident on Susan Street in Potter Township in which a woman overdosed on her prescription medications on Dec. 1.

A 14-year-old male has been charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly making a fabricated report of a school shooting via social media Jan. 12-14. Police determined that he fabricated the story for attention or retribution.

Nathan Rohrabaugh, 34, of State College, was stopped by police for an alleged traffic violation along the 5100 block of North Eagle Valley Road in Liberty Township on Dec. 30 at 10:23 p.m. The investigating officer reported that after Rohrabaugh granted a vehicle search, heroin and drug paraphernalia were found. Rohrabaugh was arrested for drug possession.

A Suzuki ATV was reported to police as stolen from a State Street, Rush Township, residence sometime from Dec 30 to Jan 6. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Police filed possession of drug paraphernalia charges against Allison McMahon, 27, of Spring Mills, after she was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during the course of a traffic stop on Long Street and Mulberry Lane in Gregg Township on Dec 31.

An investigation is underway involving a case of identity theft of a Howard man on Jan. 1, police said.

Police said Terry Shivley was not injured after he lost control of his vehicle while driving over ice on the Tyrone Pike in Taylor Township on Jan. 9. The vehicle crashed into a pole before sliding into a stream, where it overturned. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Police are looking for information after receiving reports that a red 1996 Dodge tailgate, valued at $25, was stolen from 102 Lochlomond Road, Rush Township.
