Police said they made a DUI arrest on Spearing and Walnut streets in Howard Borough at 1:15 a.m. on June 13.
After performing a field sobriety test, police said the man was determined to be under influence of alcohol.
Police said they took him into a legal blood draw and processing. Charges are to be filed.

Police responded to a reported case of retail theft of merchandise totaling $26.48 at Zion Mart in Bellefonte at 8:03 p.m. on July 18. After investigation police charged Cayden Lucas, 19, of Bellefonte, with alleged retail theft.

A 43-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged with harassment with physical contact after a verbal argument with a teenaged female allegedly turned physical on Stable View Drive in Halfmoon Township on July 21, said the investigating officer.

A staff member was allegedly assaulted by a known juvenile at the Meadows Psychiatric Center in Potter Township on July 21, said police.

Police responded to 131 Mill St., Rush Township, for complaints of a verbal altercation between two males at 8:41 p.m. on July 24. After investigation, police cited Barry Martell, 30, of Wallaceton, for alleged harassment with physical contact.
