PHILIPSBURG — Lumber Legacy Day at Black Moshannon State Park will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 22.
The PA Professional Lumberjack Organization will be performing a variety of demonstrations. Enjoy a fun and educational summer day at the park with live bluegrass music by Brush Mountain Band.
See live animals, enjoy a variety of activities for adults and children, enjoy food and drinks by local food vendors and visit the Friends of Black Moshannon merchandise tent to find souvenirs.
Top the day off with a beach party with music by DJ from 6 to 9 p.m., as well as a limbo contest, sand sculpture contest, free hot dogs and marshmallows around the campfire and more.
