PENNS VALLEY — Liberty Eats in Penns Valley is inviting organizations to become charity partners for an upcoming community event.
It is scheduled on Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 2 to 7 p.m. starting Sept. 4 through Oct. 31.
From Sept. 4 through Oct. 31, Liberty Eats will be hosting the Penns Valley Charity Partner Event that brings food, nonprofits, games, music and community members together for a good cause.
As a charity partner, organizations receive $1 from every sandwich sold during the event.
Penns Valley residents can bring a table and sell crafts, yard sale items or other approved fundraising items. Residents can also participate in community activities, games and music.
The event also introduces local residents to local non-profit organizations.
