STATE COLLEGE — The Penn’s Woods Music Festival will return for two weeks of musical performances from Sunday, June 16, to Saturday, June 29. The festival, which began in 1986, features a wide range of renowned musicians who specialize in different styles, from classical to jazz and more.

The festival offers a unique musical opportunity, with performances occurring at different locations throughout the festival.
A performance by the Penn’s Woods Wind Symphony will kick off the two-week festival with an outdoor performance at The Arboretum at Penn State at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 16.

The Penn’s Woods Music Festival website notes that, “The festival is a place where artists from near and far come together to share their talents, where audiences old and new gather to be inspired, and where the magic of music weaves its spell on us all.”
However, beyond the music being performed, the website notes that the festival serves as “a celebration of community, connection and the shared experience of being part of something truly special. It’s a time to forge new friendships, create lasting memories and revel in the joy of being surrounded by kindred spirits who share your love for great music and good vibes.”
