STATE COLLEGE — The Borough of State College’s Sustainability Division has announced that the winner of the 2026 Bird of the Year Poetry Contest’s children category is Chloe Chu for her poem “American Robin.”
Centre Region residents were invited to submit poetry inspired by the American Robin, and its impact on the community. Winners of the other age categories will be announced at a later date.
