Police responded to a report of a stolen Milwaukee Packout containing electrical tools on Sept. 9 at approximately 4 p.m. on Benner Pike and Rolling Ridge Drive in Benner Township.

Police stated there are no leads in the case.

Police received a report of a crime by deception that occurred on Oct. 20 at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Purdue Mountain Road in Benner Township.

According to police, the victim reported that his credit card information was stolen and used through Amazon.

According to police, $150 was stolen.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Nov. 24 at approximately 5:30 a.m. on East Main Street at Church Street in Millheim Borough.

According to police, unit 1 was traveling west on SR45 when it traversed off the right side of the travel lane, striking a parked vehicle.

Police stated no injuries occurred as a result of the crash.

Police responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on Sept. 6 at approximately 4 p.m. in the area of 2900 Tyrone Pike in Rush Township.

According to police, the operator was not injured and was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

According to police, the operator was under the influence.

Police stated that charges of DUI are pending toxicology results.

According to police, an unknown person spray painted the baseball dugout with expletive language.

According to police, a Bank of America check in the amount of $249.53 was stolen.
