Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Jan. 27 at approximately 9 a.m. on South Pennsylvania Avenue in Centre Hall Borough. According to police, the crash occurred as Unit 1 was traveling southbound around a snowbank and lost control. Police stated that Unit 1 struck the back of parked Unit 2 and then proceeded to strike the front porch of 101 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Police said no injuries were sustained during the incident.

Police responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on Jan. 24 at approximately 6 a.m. on I-99 southbound in College Township. According to police, Unit 1 was traveling southbound when it struck a deer. Police stated there were no injuries as a result of the crash.

Police responded to an incident that occurred on Jan. 20 at approximately 11 a.m. at The Care Network located at 18 N. Front St. in Philipsburg Borough. According to police, a Philipsburg female walked into The Care Network and began yelling at staff, threatening staff and throwing items. Police stated the arrestee then fled the scene and was located operating a vehicle. Police said the arrestee was stopped and determined she was under the influence.

Police received a report of suspected suicide that occurred on Jan. 29 at approximately 2:30 p.m. at SCI Benner in Benner Township. According to police, during the investigation, the victim was pronounced deceased at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Police said evidence of an apparent suicide were observed by investigators on scene. Police state the case continues pending further investigation by PSP Rockview.

Police responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on Jan. 25 at approximately 6 a.m. on Jacksonville Road and Forest Avenue in Spring Township. According to police, the crash occurred when Unit 1 lost control and stuck a temporary construction barrier. Police said the operator was no injured as a result of the crash.

Police responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on Jan. 31 at approximately 6 p.m. on PA route 45 in the area of West Firehall Road in Gregg Township. According to police, the crash occurred as Unit 1 left the roadway and struck a tree. Police said no injuries were reported.
