U.S. Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson, R-Bellefonte, recently helped celebrate Centre County’s newest agritourism offering — Morning Glory Acres — by presenting a proclamation to owners Troy and Faith Martin. Located outside of Milesburg on Tracey Dale Road, Morning Glory Acres is a family focused destination that features an event barn that is ideal for children’s birthday parties and family gatherings, provides opportunities to meet their farm animals, and offers trails and tent camping sites. The ribbon cutting was organized by Happy Valley Agventures, an agritourism marketing initiative of The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau. Visits to the farm are by appointment only. To schedule a visit or learn more about upcoming events, go to www.morning-glory-acres.wixsite.com/farm or follow on social media.
