BELLEFONTE — A new coffee shop is set to open at 106 West Bishop Street in March 2025, according to a Facebook post by Bees Knees Coffee.
Shaky Hands Coffee, a brick-and-mortar extension to Bees Knees Coffee, a mobile coffee shop and delivery service in Central Pennsylvania, will feature Bees Knees Coffee fan favorites including “the drinks, the baked goods and the sass,” the Facebook post noted, though new items specific to the venue will be featured as well.
“This has been a long-awaited announcement and we’re still waiting for an opening day, but we are happy to announce that you will finally have a seat and cover from the elements while you enjoy a coffee or treat from us,” the Facebook post shared. “There will be seating in the front area, ordering in the back and an outdoor space to laze in during the warmer months. A grand opening and 10-year business anniversary celebration will happen in March 2025.”
According to the post, Shaky Hands Coffee will serve Cafe Lemont coffee as its house roast and feature other Pennsylvania coffee roasts both in house and by the bag.
“Shaky Hands Coffee Shop is a space for you, your friends, family and loved ones to come gather and be a place that you want to hang out,” the Facebook post said. “We are excited to line up different Pennsylvania artists to showcase their art on our walls, hold little openings for their gallery, have game nights, music and other opportunities for people to come together and share.”
