STATE COLLEGE — A Centre County hotel recently won the Best of Wyndham Garden annual award recognizing the organization’s best hotels and staff.
The Wyndham Garden State College at 310 Elks Club Road, Boalsburg, has taken home the award every year since opening in 2019. Additionally, the hotel was named Wyndham Hotel of the Year and Quality Hotel of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
“We are so proud to receive this honor, as our team has worked incredibly hard to consistently deliver a high level of service to our guests,” Nichole Lambert, the hotel’s general manager, said when accepting the award. “This award is a testament to the dedication of our team and our steadfast commitment to our guests. We look forward to welcoming even more travelers in the year to come.”
According to Wyndham Garden, hotels must have strong guest satisfaction, have had all of their staff members complete the required health and safety trainings and have remained in good standing with the brand through the past year to be eligible for the annual award.
