Celebration fills downtown State College with color and community
STATE COLLEGE — Downtown State College was filled with color, music and community spirit on Saturday, June 13, as thousands gathered to celebrate State College Pride.

The annual event began with a parade through downtown streets before continuing with a festival in Sidney Friedman Park, bringing together residents, visitors, community organizations, businesses and supporters from across Centre County and beyond.

The event showcased the vibrant energy that has become synonymous with Pride celebrations in State College with attendees filling downtown streets and public spaces in a visible display of unity and support. Community groups, nonprofit organizations and local businesses were among those participating in the festivities helping create an atmosphere centered on connection and celebration.
Now in its sixth year, State College Pride continues to serve as both a celebration and a reminder of the importance of community, visibility and inclusion.
