Summer Sounds from The Gazebo in Talleyrand Park are a staple in the Bellefonte summer activity menu. This series began in 1981 and brings nine free concerts every Sunday from June to August at 7 p.m. Concerts are sponsored by Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association supported by a gift of $1,500 from the David B. Garver Charity Fund, Bellefonte Elks Lodge. BHCA also receives state arts funding support through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
