The Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania invites artists and art lovers alike to its annual Figurative Show, a celebration of the human form in all its expressive power. Rooted in the Alliance’s decades-long tradition of life drawing classes, this exhibit highlights work in which the human figure plays a central role in the composition.
The opening reception will be held Friday, 2/27, from 6–8 PM — a wonderful opportunity to experience a diverse range of figurative art and connect with fellow creatives in the community.
This year’s show will be juried by Cecil Fish, who holds an MFA from Penn State University and teaches figure drawing among other courses. Prizes will be awarded.
Join us in celebrating the enduring inspiration of the human figure!
