Ann Louise (Koch) Weaver of Clarence, formerly of Lemont, passed away on October 19, 2024 at home. She was born in Petersburg, Jackson Township on September 5, 1942. In Boalsburg, on October 22, 1960, she married Fred E. Weaver who predeceased her on June 22, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Sarah (Harris) Koch.

She graduated from State College High School in 1960. Ann retired from the State College Area School District as a Cook with 25 years of service.

Ann is survived by her children: Ed (Tracy) Weaver of Milesburg, Judy (Denny) Johnson of Boalsburg, Brenda (Mike) Struble of Clarence, and Randy (Christina) Weaver of Lemont. Also surviving are her nine grandchildren: Lesa, Katelyn (Thomas), Micah (Jessica), Lorilyn, Ciaralyn, Terralee (Chad), Sara, Amanda, Shane (fiancé Maxine); nine great grandchildren: Isaiah, Llewyn, Elzada, Gracelyn, Lincoln, Gavin, Kendra, Carson, Estella and another on the way; a sister Pearl Dean and sister-in-law Joyce Koch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Nancy Schillero and brothers Jim, Bill, and Ken Koch.

Ann was a quiet, easy-going woman and a great listener. Her family were the joy of her life. Ann enjoyed reading, spending time outside and sitting on the porch watching wildlife. Her passing saddens us deeply and we are thankful for the many memories of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that we can hold in our hearts.

In accordance with Ann’s wishes, burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. She will be laid to rest in Zion Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
