Deborah Jean Bradley, 70, of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Born on March 20, 1955, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late William and Meriam (Gardner) Grubb. On September 29, 1972, she married her beloved husband, Donald Bradley, who preceded her in death on June 8, 2015, after sharing 42 years of marriage together.
Deborah was a graduate of Bellefonte area High School. She worked as a cook for Tau Epsilon Phi and Theta Delta Chi, retiring after 35 years.
She is survived by her children, Katrena Keeler (John), and Bill Bradley, both of Bellefonte, and two grandchildren, Mason Keeler and Skylar Bradley. Also surviving is a brother, James “Ed” Grubb of Bellefonte, and brothers-in-law, Walt Bradley (Vicki) of Bellefonte, and Richard Bradley (Sandy) of Hughesville.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: George Grubb, Patricia McMullin, Russell Grubb, Don Grubb, Helen Grubb, and Donna Grubb, and sister-in-law, Bonnie Hall.
Deborah was a member of the Democratic Club in Clarence, the Moose Lodge #1565 in Clarence, and an auxiliary member of the VFW Post #1600 in Bellefonte. She was extremely social and never met a stranger! She loved going out to camp on the Ridge Road and having coffee with friends. She also treasured spending time with her niece, Gwenda Jabco.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, at the VFW Post #1600, 123 S. Spring Street, Bellefonte. Burial services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
