Earl E. Walker, 73, of Millheim, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Born on February 3, 1949, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Ray F. and Catherine E. (Brungart) Walker.
After graduating high school, Earl started his career. He retired from the business office at SCI Rockview after 41 years of service. He attended the Saint Peter’s United Church of Christ in Aaronsburg for many years.

Earl was a former member of the Centre Hall Lions Club and a current member of the Millheim Lions Club, among other organizations. He enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Millheim Senior’s Bowling League and the Bellefonte Bowling League. He was also an avid golfer and was a member of the Belle Springs Golf League. In earlier years he also played softball for Rockview and various other leagues. Although he was a strong and independent man, he was a kind man. Some may say he was a charmer, because those that knew him liked him immediately.

Earl is survived by his son, Jeremy “Todd” Walker and his wife Carla “Michele”, of Blythewood, SC; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Ann Vonada of Bellefonte, Linda Erb of Richmond, VA, and Sandra Bierly of Rebersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his son, Jamie R. Walker and three brothers, Ronald, Wayne, and Steven.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from 2-4pm, at the Saint Peter’s United Church of Christ in Aaronsburg. A funeral service will follow at 4pm with Pastor Teresa Hockenberry officiating. Earl will be laid to rest privately at the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery in Centre Hall.
