George R. “Larry” Daulby, of Coburn, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2026, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  He was 83.  Born April 10, 1943, in Lewistown, George was a son of the late Betty Callahan.  He married Rebecca J. Kerstetter who survives. 

In addition to his wife, George is survived by one daughter, Angel Auman (Kevin) of Rebersburg; one son, John Daulby (Jacquie) of Belleville, and two siblings, Molly Wright and James Callahan (Lisa).  Also surviving are four grandchildren, Allen Auman, Grant Auman, Jessica Plank (Christopher) and Jonathan “Johnny” Hoey-Daulby (Connor Hoey-Daulby) and four great grandchildren, Harper Schilling, Paul Plank, Emilynn Plank and Evan Plank.  George was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Callahan and Shirley Poorman.

George was self-employed in the business of hanging drywall and painting. He enjoyed watching Penn State football along with attending car shows and drag racing events at Beaver Springs.  

George had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need if he could.  Most special to George was the tradition of watching pro wrestling every Friday night with his grandchildren Allen and Grant and spending Christmas mornings with his grandchildren, Jessica and Johnny and his great grandchildren, Harper Paul, Emilynn, and Evan.

In accordance with George’s wishes, there are no services.  Contributions in his memory may be given to the Millheim Fire Company, POB 656, Millheim, PA 16854.
