Barbara Ann Harshbarger, 67, of Mount Wolf, PA; died Sunday, November 1, 2015 at her residence.
She was born January 6, 1948 at York, a daughter of the late Elwood and Miriam Lane Bahner.
On March 27, 1967 she married Leroy H. Harshbarger who survives at home.
Mrs. Harshbarger was an exceptionally devoted, caring and giving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her heart was truly pure as gold, and she expressed great joy, pleasure and satisfaction relative to her friends past and present. She was loved by everyone and always put the needs and desires of others, way ahead of her own. She cherished making life better and easier for those she came in contact with. She had a heart of gold and a giving love which had no bounds. She welcomed all with open arms and personal warmth. She was family to many and to her own she meant the world. Her energy was vibrant and her presents spoiled us with love. With every word she will be truly missed.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Cheryl Muth (Donald) and Christina Harshbarger both of Mt. Wolf; four grandchildren, Justin Garman, Jeremy Garman Kaydi Muth, and Alexis Dean; seven great grandchildren, Liberty, Ryleigh, Noah, Kaylee, Hunter, Logan and Bailey; two sisters Sandy and Candy, and three brothers, Robert, Danny, and Barry; and her treasured dog Susie Q.
