Cathy L. Rossman, 62, of Bellefonte, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, in Bellefonte.
She was born Sept.13, 1948, in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late John D. and Henrietta C. Nolan Dunlap. Cathy was employed at Penn State University in food services. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, reading, sun worshipping and time at the beach, and loved Alabama Crimson Tide football.
She is survived by four daughters, Bridget Rossman, Sherry Rossman, Velvet Rossman and her fiance, Bill Comly Jr., and Jessi Krone, all of Bellefonte. She is also survived by her former companion, Pete Krone; two sisters, Henrietta "Snooks" Marquardt, of Spring Mills, and Molly Shuey, of Curtin; a brother, John Dunlap, of Centre Hall; 11 grandchildren, Miranda and Katie Jukes, Bryan and Olivia Shreffler, Mitchell and Toby Colpetzer, Braedon and Tucker Comly, Amanda Rossman, Mikayla Hopkins and David Rossman; and a great-grandchild, Alabama Jukes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred Dunlap and Doug Dunlap; and one sister, Patricia Flynn.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg. Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home, with the Rev.
