Clarence E. "Pete" Blair, 78, of Bellefonte, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at Mount Nittany Medical Center. He was born June 30, 1934 in Bellefonte a son of Ardus E. Blair. On March 8, 1956, he married Mathetta A. (Noll) Blair who survives at home. Pete was a supervisor for L.S. Fiore Construction Company of Altoona. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Bellefonte. Pete was an avid hunter. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Blair Parsons (Doug) of Shallotte, N.C. and Sharon Ann Cook (Robert) of Runville; and three grandchildren, Michael Cook, Cody Cook and Andrew C. Blair.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Ray Scott Blair; and two half-brothers, Donald Williams and David Williams.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 A.M., Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Faith United Methodist Church, 512 Hughes St., Bellefonte. Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday at the church, with Pastor Andrew Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, College Twp., Arrangements are under the direction of Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg.
