Donald W. Lowery passed away from natural causes Sept. 2, 2009 in Arizona where he was residing with his daughter Linda. He was born in Mackeyville, Pa., Nov. 17, 1917. He spent half of his life in the State College, Bellefonte area, and the other half in California. He is survived by his daughters Linda Reddick, of Hackberry, Ariz., and Pamela Schmidling, Salem, Ore.; one son, Donald Lee Lowery, of Sacramento, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Trinity United Church of Christ, 355 Hublersburg Rd., Bellefonte, PA 16823. He was an inspiration to his children and everyone who know him. He will be dearly missed, and we are comforted in knowing he is in Gods hands.
