Jeremy D.P. Cantolina, 38, of rural Snow Shoe passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017 at his residence. Jeremy was born on December 25, 1978 in Clearfield . He is survived by his father Dino P. Cantolina and his step-mother Janet P. Root Cantolina of Millheim.
He is survived by his wife, the former Amber L. Hanscom at home. He is also survived by his four sons, Donovan M. Fye of Pine Glen, Taylor L. Cantolina , Bentley B. Hanscom and Owen T. Vivenzio all of Snow Shoe, and his daughter MayLynn M. Hanscom also of Snow Shoe; his brothers, Alfred E. Cantolina of Millheim , Michael W. Cantolina of Bellefonte, his step-brother, Joseph J. Grassmyer of Millheim and his step- sister Saundra Snook of Millheim, and his paternal grandmother, Patricia N. Cantolina .
Jeremy was employed at Leigh Hansons as a mechanic. He was of the protestant faith and also a member of the Clarence Moose.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 6P.M. – 8P.M. at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring Street, Milesburg with funeral services to follow at 8P.M. with Speaker Richard Riegler officiating.
Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
