oshua Lee Ponish, 28, of Port Matilda died May 12, 2018 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Born April 22, 1990 in State College he was a son of Robert W. Ponish and Vicki Stroh Ponish.
In addition to his parents Josh is survived by his fiancée Cayla Hockenberry; siblings, Emily and Jason; his maternal grandmother Joyce (Joe) Varholy and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Joshua was a wonderful son, a loving and caring fiancée, and a great big brother. He brought a lot of joy to a lot of people – He had a way about him that uplifted other’s spirits.
