Kenneth C. Waltz, 64, of Centre Hall passed from this life at his home on Dec. 7, 2009. Kenneth, the son of the late Fred H. and Geraldine L. Yearick Waltz, was born on Oct. 3, 1945 in Bellefonte, Pa.
Kenneth was previously employed at Corning Ashai. He retired from the Meadows in Centre Hall. Kenneth served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. He was an avid Richard Petty fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and three English bulldogs.
Kenneth is survived by his companion, Susan Bair; two daughters, Robin I. Waltz and Kimmy L. (David ) Henning, both of Spring Mills; four grandchildren, Daniel and Nigel Grandy and Alexander and Abigail Henning. Also surviving are two sisters, Joan C. (Ted) Grove, of Centre Hall, and Juanita Waltz, of Bellefonte; and three brothers, David (Janet) Waltz, of Middleburg, Pa., Fred (Penny) Waltz, of Spring Mills and Clifford C. (Charlotte) Waltz, of Centre Hall. Kenneth was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Neidigh and a brother, Alfred Waltz.
Funeral services will be private and in accordance with the families wishes. Memorial contributions in Kenneth's memory may be given to Victory Junction, 4500 Adam's Way, Randleman, N.C. 27317.
