Kenneth A. ‘Bud’ McCaslin, 58, of Coleville passed away April 5, 2013 at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Born July 23, 1954, in Bellefonte, he was a son of Wilbur McCaslin, of Coleville, and the late Mae (Auman) Mccaslin.
He was a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School and was a receiving coordinator for Murata Electronics for 30 years.
Bud was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He had a charm about him that everyone that knew him loved.
Along with his father, Kenneth is survived by his daughter Stephanie McCaslin of State College and son Jason (Kimberly) McCaslin of Coleville; two sisters, Cinda (Jeffrey) Struble of Bellefonte and Julie (Richard) Lutz of Howard; three brothers, Mark A. McCaslin of Coleville David A. McCaslin of Coleville and John A. (Marjorie) McCaslin of Julian. Also surviving are eight grandchildren; Siara McCaslin, Coty Stinson, Gabriel McCaslin, Rashaan Stinson, Paige Willey and Jenna Willey, all of State College, Jason M McCaslin and Kylee McCaslin of Coleville.
A public visitation will be held Thursday, April 11, 2013, from 6-8 PM, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte, PA 16823. Funeral services will be Friday, April 12, 2013, at the funeral home, at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Rob Tevis officiating the service.
