Lee Dickson, 74, of Julian, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at his residence.
Born on June 7, 1939 in Union Twp., Centre Co., he is a son of the late C.R. and Marion (Flick) Dickson.
On December 24, 1959 in Milesburg, he was married to Nancy K. (Bickle) Dickson who survives at home.
Mr. Dickson was a 1957 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School and a 1965 graduate of the Pittsburgh Barber School.
He was of the Methodist Faith.
Lee was employed as a truck driver for many different trucking companies and was also employed and retired from CATA as a bus driver.
He enjoyed traveling, especially his trips through most of the continental U.S., and his experiences and trips as a CATA bus driver. Most of all, he cherished the time spent with family and friends, especially his beloved granddaughter.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Brenda Condo and her husband Tom of Beech Creek; one sister; and one granddaughter, Brooke Walker.
Family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30 PM on Monday, July 15, 2013 at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. Services and Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
