Pauline “Aunt Polly” L. Miller, 81, of Bellefonte, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Centre Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bellefonte.
Born December 3, 1930 in Bellefonte, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Frances Kucas Ivicic.
She married Leonard R. Miller, September 9, 1950 who preceded her in death December 27, 2006.
Pauline graduated from Bellefonte High School. In an addition to being a homemaker, she worked as a cook, and as a waitress at several locations within Centre County.
Gifted and interested in many areas, she especially enjoyed crafts, and painting. She was also an avid Steelers and Penn State Sports fan.
She is survived by one daughter, Georgia Cox of Bellefonte; four sons, Allen L. Miller and his wife Shelly, of Bellefonte, Curtis R. Miller and his wife Nancy Noll, of Bellefonte, Leonard Miller Jr. and his wife Lori, of Bellefonte, and Douglas C. Miller and his wife Connie, of Julian; ten grandchildren, Mark, Rodney and David Benner, Eric, Joseph, Josef, Kelsea and Jason Miller, Drea Noll and Micah Martin; and nine great grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Lauren, Autumn, Selena, Taylor, Gracie, Anthony and Liam; two sisters, Ann Haramin and Vilma Anspauch both of Bellefonte; and three brothers, Matthew Ivicic Jr. and Stephen and Charles Ivicic all of Bellefonte.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by siblings Helen Boscaino, Carolyn Ivivic, Barbara Thal, and Joseph and Robert Ivicic.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. A Memorial Service will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Father Neil Dadey officiating.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
