Randy Swatsworth, 39, of Bellefonte, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. He was born on January 12, 1977 in State College, the son of Tim Swatsworth of Beech Creek and he was preceded in death by his mother Kandy Fergison.
He married Rose A. Wetzel on August 9, 2002, she survives at home.
He worked as a lead tech for Copper Beech Townhomes in State College.
Randy enjoyed hunting, watching football and baseball, 4 wheel riding, and above all spending time with his family.
He is survived by along with his wife, maternal grandparents; Jim & Evelyn Fergison, Paternal grandmother; Lucretia Swatsworth, two sons; Ricky & Austin Swatsworth, two daughters; Allisha Lee & Karlei Alterio, one brother; Travis Swatsworth, step brother; Craig Rogers, one sister; Kelli Jo Brungart, step sister; Heather Woodring and two granddaughters; Alaina Lee & Kendyll Swatsworth.
Funeral services will be held on Wedneday, December 14, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beech Creek Wesleyan Church, Main Street Beech Creek, with the Rev. Alan S. Eckenroad officiating. Friends and famly will be received from 10:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be at the Jacksonville Cemetery.
