Robert Dean Shuey, 78, of Bellefonte, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Hearthside Nursing Home in State College. Born on December 29, 1939, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late James L., Sr. and Thelma G. (Wright) Shuey.
Robert attended Bellefonte Area School District. He worked as a mechanic for Capparelle Trucking.
Robert is survived by three brothers, Donald E. Shuey (Kay) of Bellefonte, James L. Shuey, Jr. (Wilma) of Centre Hall, and Gary B. Shuey (Catherine) of Bellefonte. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Harold C. Shuey.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
