Ronald Lee McGraw of State College, Pennsylvania, died on Thursday, August 10, 2017. He was 77 years of age.
Born August 25, 1939, in Everett, Pennsylvania, Ron joined the United States Army at age 17, then attended college and graduate school. He worked as a mathematics teacher and engineer. Following his retirement from the Pennsylvania Electric Company in 1995, Ron continued teaching mathematics at the Pennsylvania State University until 2004. He was an avid and accomplished outdoorsman.
Ron is survived by Mona McGraw, his wife of 54 years, his son Sean McGraw, and a loving circle of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College, Pennsylvania, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be held in private.
