Scott Adam Shade, 29 of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Monday, April 11, 2011 at his home. He was born in Lock Haven on January 23, 1982, a son of Penny K. Gardner Shade of Schuylkill Haven and Keith Shade of Concord, N.C.
Scott was a 2000 graduate of Central Mountain High School. He was a protestant by faith and thoroughly enjoyed all types of fishing.
Surviving along with is wife Jody Neave Shade, are two step-sons; Matthew and Michael and a half-sister; Shawna Bechdel, his step-mother; Trish Shade, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard, Pa. with the Rev. Alan S. Eckenroad officiating. Burial will be in the Baptist Cemetery, Blanchard. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
