Scott T. Brown, 34, of Pleasant Gap died March 15, 2017 at his residence.
Born June 7, 1982 to both his parents, Lewis and Kimberly Brown who survive.
On December 10, 2013 he married Scarleth Artiga Benitez who survives in Pleasant Gap.
He was an IT Project Manager at Penn State University since February 2016, prior to PSU he worked nine years for the State College Area School District first at IT support then as Educational Records Manger.
Knowing Scott was to love him and having the chance to meet him was life changing because he could fix everything and everyone he touched. Scott loved everything he did and accomplished everything he set his mind to. He was a patient, kind, loving, understanding man, who tried to make people comfortable and happy by being supportive, listening to them and making them laugh with his great sense of humor.
He loved his wife with whom he would spend most of his time with, they spent their years together fulfilling their passion for traveling, experiencing new things, and going on adventures. Scott also enjoyed the movies, road trips and spending time together at home. His friends and coworkers will miss an honest person that always tried his best and could be trusted with anything. Someone that wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty to help out, simply lend a shoulder to cry on or spend time with playing Dungeon & Dragons, and tinkering with electronics.
In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Marge Reichard; his paternal grandparents Carol and Ted Hills, a sister, Erin Herr, his mother-in-law, Donatila Benitez and a very special friend, Julie Gosselin, who was like a mother to him.
All services for Scott will be private and at the convenience of the family.
