Patsy C. Singer, 78, of Howard passed away peacefully in her home with family by her side on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Born on July 21, 1945, in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Dorothy (Hevner) McCloskey. On July 27, 1963, she married her loving husband Richard Singer Sr. who preceded her in death in 2021.
Patsy enjoyed gardening, playing hearts and bingo, decorating for the holidays and playing fetch with her beloved dog Scotty. Above all she loved to spend time with her family and spoil her grandchildren.
Patsy worked for Sam’s club as a food demonstrator for 30 years. The bonds she made and the lives she impacted there were many.
She is survived by a son Richard Singer Jr. (Barby), a daughter Sheila St Clair (Jeff), granddaughter Shannon Singer (Jeff Greene) and their daughter Jaelynn Greene, granddaughter Madison Rockey (Garret Greene), a sister Peg Dehart (Clarence) and her dog Scotty.
Family and friends will be received for a visitation from 11am to noon on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home in Howard. A funeral service will immediately follow with Pastor Titus Stracener officiating. Interment will take place at Schenck’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patsy’s name may be made to Pets Come First or Howard Fire Company.
