Sylvia J. Irvin, 87, of Mill Hall Pa, passed away on August 13, 2025, at the Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center. She was born in Lock Haven, Pa to William Kramer and Elda Hendershot Kramer on September 16, 1937. She went to Bald Eagle Nittany High School and graduated in 1956. Sylvia was a home maker for most of her life and enjoyed reading, and caring for her home, especially her son Billy.
Sylvia is survived by her son Billy C. Irvin, and her two sisters, Connie Bliler of Lamar, and Joan (Dave) Brungard of Mill Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert L. Irvin who passed away on January 3, 2021, and a brother Ross Kramer.
A Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blanchard Church of Christ, 161 Beach St., Blanchard Pa, 16826. Officiating will be Pastor Russell Moldovan. Family and friends will be received at the church one hour prior to the services. Burial will be at the Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to Blanchard Church of Christ, 161 Beach St. Blanchard, Pa 16826. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the nurses who cared for her for many years. Flowers will be supplied by the family.
