Tussey Mountain’s WingFest returns for its 25th year starting in June with a full music lineup of touring and local acts — and an extra week of festivities for the Centre County summertime tradition, the Boalsburg ski and recreation resort announced on Thursday.
The annual event, which features a weekly battle for the best wings among multiple local food establishment as well as live music and more, will be held on nine Thursdays from June 11 through Aug. 6, expanding from eight to nine weeks this year.
Among the musical headliners for 2026 are Lancaster-based cover band The Amish Outlaws; self-described “hybrid fusion tribute act” Pink Talking Fish, known for melding the music of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish; and Beatlemania Again, performing the timeless music of the Fab Four.
Other headliners include tributes to Michael Jackson, Van Halen and Fleetwood Mac, ’90s hits cover band The Clintones and local favorites My Hero Zero and Velveeta.
Each week will have local and regional support acts, including Lowjack, Pure Cane Sugar, OK Otter, JR Mangan Band with Veronica, Coal Aly, The Jaded Lips and Felix and the Hurricanes.
Ricky LaPean will serve as emcee each week for WingFest, which benefits the ACRES Project, a Centre County nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with autism through supportive services, vocational training and community engagement.

Each week of WingFest typically runs from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Tussey Mountain Amphitheater. More than 40 restaurants and other culinary businesses will battle it out over the course of the first eight weeks, with attendees voting on the best chicken wing purveyors. Each week’s winners will then go head to head on the final night to determine the Wing King for 2026.
Ticket information and competitors will be announced at a later date. The Bull Pen Restaurant & Sports Bar of Tyrone won the overall championship in 2025.
Restaurants and business interested in competing should email info@tusseymountain.com.
Each week of WingFest also features additional food options, drinks and games.
