STATE COLLEGE — Katie Deitrich has been hired as a customer service representative at the State College branch of Swift Kennedy & Associates, an insurance brokerage firm specializing in group employee benefits and senior insurance plans. Her responsibilities will include assisting clients with enrollments, claims and billing issues.
Before joining Swift Kennedy, Deitrich was a medical office specialist at Penn State Health. Prior to that she served as a service dispatcher at Nittany Oil Company, a Virtual Executive Assistant at Boldly (formerly Worldwide101) and an office manager at Pennsylvania State University’s Office of Veterans Programs.
Deitrich earned an associate degree in business from the South Hills School of Business and Technology in State College and her volunteer activities have included working for the Make a Wish Foundation.
